We source and collect food products straight from the USA, carefully box them up and have them delivered to your door. We offer a new theme of products every month!


  • We use Fastway Couriers and generally ship out orders within 72 hours.
  • Orders will take between 2-8 days to arrive at your destination once shipped out.
  • Shipping costs vary depending on location. Click here for more information.
  • Orders can be tracked & traced on the Fastway website. Click here to track your parcel.
  • If your box arrives damaged, please contact Fastway directly and make a claim, or contact us here, and we’ll help you through the process.
  • We currently only ship Australia-wide. (We don’t deliver to PO Boxes)


We currently only accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. You can pay by credit card as a guest on the PayPal portal.

  • At this stage, we do not accept returns and exchanges to your box once it has been received.
  • If you are unhappy with your box, you can reach us here. We’d love to hear about what you think we can do better!
    We aim to keep improving every day.
  • You can cancel your subscription anytime. Just login to your account, click into your subscription and
    click on the cancellation link.
